I had to relocate to another city for my job and had to get my house ready and sold quickly. I had no association with the Allan Home group other than they were on the list for my relocation package that was negotiated with my company. Dustin was AMAZING in walking me through the process in detail, keeping me informed, gave me lots of realistic views on what a timeline would be, and was honest and trustworthy. Although I know this is not always normal, I was able to sell my house for way over asking, and I feel it had a lot had to do with me taking the advice of Dustin on getting my house ready for the first weekend Open House. If you are looking for a kind, knowledgeable and detailed oriented realtor, I would highly recommend the Allan Home Group!

The real estate market in the south Austin/Buda/Kyle area is very hot and you have to move quickly to get the best houses and deals. Dustin and his team were super responsive and helpful to us, finding the right house and moving on it quickly. Dustin had experience with the listing agent on the home we wanted, and he was able to quickly negotiate a good deal for us. After we were under contract, Janice and Kristin helped us a TON with all our title company requirements and closing questions. We believe the Allan Home Group are the top realty team in the area!
