The selling of our home was very time sensitive, and, as with most home sales, very price sensitive. The purchase of a home in Florida was contingent on selling our North Richland Hills home very quickly and at a price that would make the new home possible. Adam recently sold our home in Lewisville. It was not an easy transaction. We had a couple of big, unexpected repairs that the inspector noted during his inspection. Not only did Adam have contractors that beat out all the other quotes by a long shot, they also took payment at closing so that we didn’t have to come out of pocket for anything. Adam arranged and coordinated all the work for us, along with arranging payment for the contractors with the title company. When he says he is full service, he means it! On top of that, Adam sold our home for top dollar and he sold it faster than the other homes for sale in our neighborhood. And the real icing on the cake, he saved us over $14,000 in commission! Now he’s helping me find my next home as well. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else in real estate, especially when it comes to selling a home.
