If anybody is considering AMY BOYD to be their residential real estate agent, all I can say is, I GOT NO COMPLAINTS. She always kept me informed of all that was going on with the sale of myparents house. She gave good advice for curb appeal and good advice for making the inside of the home bright and inviting for potential purchasers. It sold quick. Also, if you are trying to sell avacant house and are experiencing some unusual bitter cold for a few days, she will even turn the water off at the water meter to help protect the interior pipes.
