    This is a phenomenal business model where everyone wins. Buyers get a 2% rebate. You get 6 houses shown for free and after that it’s $50.0 a house to tour. He set up showings within hours of requests. For someone like me who goes to lots of open houses and drives around looking for houses in areas I like, this is awesome. Working with Brandon was a pleasure. He is very reassuring and addressed every concern we had in the negotiating process. Paperwork was straightforward and simple. This is the 7th house we’ve purchased since being married and this was the best experience out of all of them because of the rebate. That is money you can invest back into your house. I highly recommend hiring Brandon and his company for your next home purchase.

    Working with Brandell has been an amazing experience! Shes super responsive and extremely clear on how the rebate works and what we can expect.     My wife and I were very picky in what we wanted in a home. The perfect house had to be in a specific zip code, have an open floor plan without carpet, and be within a short walking distance to a bus stop.     I am posting this review to thanks Brandell for helping us save almost 11k in our new house, and also I would like to help those that dont believe what Brandell offers, thinking that its too good to be true.The math is very simple builders offer 3% commission to the buyers agent, and she will give you 2.5% and she will keep 0.5%.you may think that the seller will increase the price of the property to pay the Buyers agent, but that is no true or at least in our case.When we buy our hose, we when to the model home and asked for all the information about the house but they never asked us if we were working with a realtor. a few days later we found about Brandells program and a few weeks later when back to the builders to signed the contract and at that was when we told them that our realtor was Brandell and the price or incentives for the house didnt change.We bought our house in College Station TX and she is Houston and that was no issue for the builder or the title company.we close our house on the afternoon of May 22, 2020, and we received the bank deposit on May 27 as she said.

    We were pretty skeptical before we had a chat with Brandell who let us know how it worked clearly and with no strings. The realtor agreement contract is incredibly consumer friendly with the ability to back out for any reason so we gave it a shot.Brandon hooked us up with multiple home viewings within minutes of us requesting. He also pushed to get our offer price accepted by the seller despite it being less than recommended. He was very on top of and transparent with the process and communications with the seller. We got the home in the end and did get our 2% back the very next day after closing.If you dont necessarily need an agent to hold your hand through the process, this is truly the best option you can have.

    Coming from out of state I had not heard of the rebate process and was initially skeptical, but after researching it, the rebate process turned out to be a standard process in Texas. I saved good amount of money.Here are the things which I liked most1) Very quick response.2) Available to help customers every step and most importantly anytime.3) T&C of his company is very straight forward.4) Rebate/Other refunds were quick and without any reminder.As a customer, since we get huge rebates, it is expected that we do our own leg work, find about the area/ neighbourhood/school/houses you like etc.Also since they have multiple customers at the same time, keep expectation in check regarding direct phone calls. Communication is mostly based on text but the responses are instant.Overall my experience was good.What I learnt as first time home buyer is Patience is they key.

    I found Brendell on google. from beginning till closing, Brendell made sure everything was smooth answered all my questions. At one point I was thinking of canceling the contract as the builder did not honor things they promised before signing the contract and said they would not refund the initial deposit, Brendell came forward to talk to the builder to ensure I got my deposit back, but then eventually everything was settled. Brendell deposited the money the very next day after closing. She is a great person to work with, always calm , ready to answer any questions.     Top notch service. Brandon was my agent on a recent purchase and Ive never interacted with someone more responsive and on top of it than Brandon.     I would highly recommend to work with both Brandell and Brandon (her son). I have done two real estate transaction purchases with them. One in 2019 with Brandell, and one recently with Brandon that just closed in March 2021. Both houses were in Dallas, and it didnt cause an issue even though they are located in Houston.Brandell is very experienced, is good at negotiating on your behalf, very professional, and responsive. I got a $5,600 rebate at the time in cash delivered to me very quickly via a bank wire after closing.Brandon (her son), is young, is very motivated, professional, hard working, and gets the job done. He seems to have good experience in the space and is good at negotiating. Hes very responsive over text or call and has your best interests in mind. He helped me negotiate seller repairs that I did not notice on my inspection, and helped me get my offer accepted on the first go around in a competitive market. I recently did a transaction where I got an $8,000 rebate that I used towards my closing costs (2% rebate back). Brandon was very good at coordinating with my mortgage banker, the sellers agent, and the title company if necessary. You would think that a discount volume broker just wants to get a quick commission and move on to the next one, but I would say the value I got with Brandon was as much value or even better than any typical real estate agent, but you get a substantial amount of money back to use towards closing costs or keep in cash.Overall, I would highly recommend working with both of these individuals.

    2022 update from 2021 review below. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and team on an investment property and as expected, good sound advice and support along the way. Interactions with the sellers agents was timely and seamless! Always nice when the rebate hits and realizing one could have missed on such an opportunity!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Brandell is amazing. This is our first time buying a house so we didnt know a lot of things and had to reach out to him frequently with the dumbest questions. He was always responsive and constantly watching out for us. He patiently explained his rationale behind what price we should bid at, what we should look out for in the inspection report, what vendors to consider etc...consistently staying on top of everything.     The real estate industry is past due for some innovation and a NEW model of how it should be done. Brandell gets it and has it all figured out.
