    I do not have enough words to explain how happy I am to have had TJ as my realtor. She is knowledgeable, patient and beyond informative. Our first showing she wiped out laser measuring device, looked in attics, walked check every nooks, just being extremely detailed. Communicationā€¦ top tier, I was never confused about whatā€™s next or whatā€™s going on, and she was always responsive. She showed up to every showing, every meeting; responded and advocated on my behave. I felt safeā€¦. She handled my transaction like it was million dollar transaction. 10/10 highly recommended.     TJ, Alex, and their team are a 10/10. Tried initially selling my house on listingspark and that was a huge mistake. For a year+ I wasnā€™t able to get my house sold. Hired TJ on board and after following her suggestions and letting her spearhead the direction in selling the home: the house had a buyer in about a weeks time. ONE WEEK.     When I tell you that TJ and Alex go above and beyond Iā€™m not exaggerating. I have never had a better experience selling a home. TJ made sure that the entire process was explained to me and that I was comfortable with all of her suggestions. When it was decided that the house needed a little work, she not only connected me with an amazing contractor, but she calmed my fears about spending the money assuring me that not only would it help the house sell, but that I would easily recoup the money. She was 100% right. Not only did my house sell in 3 days, but the work that was done made me want to move back in and not sell! Not only was she amazingly kind and gracious there was a very personal touch to the way she sold the home. There were signs in the rooms pointing out the features to potential buyers. The house was photographed beautifully and the write up on the house brought in a lot of traffic! We had multiple offers and she helped me through the process of choosing an offer with such care.     TJ was awesome in scheduling a whole day of viewing houses. We are military, and weā€™re not local to the area, but she made a whole itinerary, she planned everything, since we had limited availability. Beforehand, she listened to us, was attentive, very knowledgeable about everything, even on walk throughs looking at things we never would have thought to look at that may have been a potential issue with the house we were looking at. Most importantly she cared about our well-being/happiness. We didnā€™t end up buying a house in that area due to circumstances with our current home, but she was very patient with us anyways.     TJ is an absolute beast. Sheā€™s the best realtor you can have representing your best interest. We bought a new construction and things didnā€™t go as intended. She got on the builders and find the email to the CEO of the company. She reached out to them and got the direct number to the VP. After some negotiations, the builder offered $11k towards my closing cost including buying down the interest to what it was if I had closed when the contract said I would have. TJ really came through for us and called the builder out on their BS. Sheā€™s always available to answer any questions and help me understand the process.     TJ and Jess were fantastic. They were extremely helpful with getting our house set up to sell. They literally used their own furniture and took most of the day on a Sunday to set up our back porch to make our home more attractive. They worked very hard to make sure that we knew that they care by constantly dropping off little gifts for us and our kids. Any time I had a question they would respond within the hourā€¦ even at 10 in the evening. They fought very hard for us on every issue that came up.     Shout out to these QUEENS of Real Estate! I have so much respect for these women and their profession! They will fight for you!We always knew it would be a long process to buy our first home, but we had no idea how hard that process would be. On top of everything we were faced with, we were buying a home during a pandemic and a faultering economy. We thought about giving up so many times as the rules were constantly changing and we were faced with one setback after another.
