This lady goes way above and beyond when selling your house!! Our forever home was not on the market but she called wanting to show it to her client. We agreed and had a contract the next day! Talk about nervous! We were! Tessa walked us through the sales process as if she were our agent even though she was the buyers agent. Totally professional and such a sweet encourager. She not only had to negotiate the price of our property but multiple extra items such as mowers, tractors, gas pumps, etc etc. She has the patience of Job. The absolute best there is! Not only was she an amazing teacher to both me and my son, but she was the person who made my family’s dream come true!! She was there step by step through the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of and she did it in such a fast manner!
