I want to take a moment and give a massive shout-out (WOOT, WOOT) to Tara for helping me find the right house at the right time without any hiccups. She is truly a top-notch professional with numerous years of experience and knowledge. I’ll tell you about my experience working with Tara because you won’t be disappointed.This isn’t my first time buying a house, but it’s the second time I’ve tried post-COVID. The first attempt went south, and the realtor I had at the time was worthless, so the deal fell through, and I had to lease an apartment. Fast-forward a few years, and the time was right to try again. As a Veteran, I wanted to use my benefits and needed a realtor knowledgeable about VA loans. Tara contacted me immediately after I was pre-qualified for a home loan. Here are the key points that place Tara apart from other realtors I’ve worked with. She asked a lot of questions and then listened. Her sincere effort to understand what I sought and needed impressed me. She remembered this information throughout the process, and it was awesome. Tara was prompt with everything she told me she was going to do. She was available and responded to all my inquiries quickly. She was honest, straightforward, and dependable. She is very knowledgeable and up to date with the laws and market trends. She was organized and precise with all documents and administrative procedures. In May of 2020, I moved from California to Texas. I found Tara Campbell on Zillow and we spoke.She immediately started searching for properties in my price range and found me the PERFECT HOME!There was another offer on the house already but because of her experience and knowledge she was able to get MY OFFER accepted.She also negotiated the asking price down by OVER 16% !!!The escrow process was incredibly smooth and on May 28th, I received the keys to my new home!I could not be happier with Tara, and I highly recommend her.If you are looking for an experienced agent, with great negotiation skills, Tara is your BEST CHOICE.I would not have my dream home if it was not for her!

Being a first time home buyer, Tara was absolutely amazing to work with.Great with communication, whether it was talking with us or getting information on a home she had quick turn around.Knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, this being a high priority for us. We kept getting contrasting information about areas being good or bad so she was able to help give us direction on where to look, which gave us peace of mind moving forward.Because of the housing situation we were in (moving and covid) we looked at a lot of homes in a relatively short period of time. She worked with going to 4-5 homes at a time, I think we looked at 7 in one day haha. After that I did feel a bit discouraged about finding something but she helped me get past the worry and encouraged that we will find our home.Towards the end we needed to bring our two littles and dogs with us in the car since we didnt have a sitter, my goodness was she patient haha. She would walk the home with my husband, then myself, and after we finished the walk through we met up at the car to discuss what we liked or didnt, then moved onto the next home.Once we found our home she did a fantastic job of making everything move quickly as much as it could, and smoothly. Then at the end of June we signed for our first home!We are truly thankful that we had the opportunity to work with and have gotten to know Tara through this experience :)

Tara Campbell was amazing, my family ended up ETS’ing from the military mid pandemic in March. Tara still managed to sell the house in a week. Couldn’t ask for more in a real estate agent, would 100% recommend giving her your business.
