We were referred to Tammy by my brother who also bought a property with her and we were so pleased with everything. Tammy was prompt, responsive, super knowledgeable about the area, having been a local most of her life. Her no nonsense manner was efficient and she had a skill for quickly grasping what we needed and didnt waste our time with properties that were not a good fit. We quickly found a great place but had to act very fast as the property was going under contract that day. We were able to close the deal in time . She stuck close during the whole process through closing and even helping us with key changes after close. We got a great property and a new friend out of the deal. Highly recommend Tammy
