I first connected with Tammy a couple of years ago but was not quite ready to sell my house. From the initial reach out to when I was ready to give it a green light (Sept 2021), her whole process was easy to understand what was happening at each stage, always there for support or additional questions, simply made the whole process a breeze despite a lot of personal situations I was dealing with also. She strategically guided us in our negotiations as we had a handful of offers within a week of putting our house on the market.
