We are not from SAT so we found Tammy by a happy coincidence! My husband was researching the city of San Antonio as that’s where we decided we were moving to after unplanned military retirement last year and her channel popped up “Living In San Antonio Texas.” Her videos were a good foreshadowing of how thorough and organized she is as a realtor. When we retired, things moved very fast and got very stressful quickly. But Tammy walked us through the process as soon as my husband landed a job in SAT. We knew nothing about the area, but Tammy was our eyes and ears. She set up the search parameters and gave us the option to search on our own if we wanted or with her guidance. We were really relieved that she was happy to show us the areas. In this market I was mentally prepared to be house hunting for weeks. We had countless meetings, phone calls, and texts with Tammy talking about what our dream house would be, Tammy was always eager to answer our questions and respond quickly if we needed anything. No exaggeration at all: she took so much time getting to know us that we found our dream home less than TWO HOURS of searching on the first day!!! We bought last summer and not only was she supporting us every step of the way, she has still made herself accessible whenever we have questions about our new home and the homeowner/homebuyer process. She’s so down to earth as a mom and wife, she really treats people how she would want to be treated.

We are so grateful for Tammy! We just moved to San Antonio to buy a house. Tammy is amazing at her job. Tammy is simply the best of the best of real estate agents! We were making a state to state transfer when we found her. We knew very little about the area. No worries, Tammy filled in the gaps for us! She has grown up in the San Antonio area and truly loves and knows it well. Throughout the entire process of our purchasing new construction, Tammy was ALWAYS responsive, professional, and a very good listener! She heard us sooo clearly we bought a home from the very first neighborhood she showed us - this was our 4th home (2nd new construction) purchase & first time this happened so smoothly & quickly! We are grateful to God and Tammy, as we had only 5 days to find a home! She was as an advocate for us throughout the process and now, a couple months after closing, as she continues to send us truly helpful tidbits of info, helping us to acclamate to our new area.
