Very happy with the overall experience. Kelsey stayed on top of everything from staging to how the yard looked to make sure the property moved. She made sure we understood how the market worked, set us up with an AMAZINGLY honest lender, and got our house sold in 4 days. When the inspection came back we needed a new roof, due to the hail storm, she was able to find us a reliable, and honest roofer to come out for a very reasonable price compared to the competition. Whenever we had an issue with closing due to the buyers lender, she stepped in and was able to get the process moving.Kelsey is a RELIABLE and HONEST realtor, and we will be using her again in the future.
