We met Dustin at an Open House and made an instant connection. He showed us several properties but none of them resonated with us. We soon discussed the possibility of a new build. His confidence helped us feel secure and eased our minds about the nightmares we had heard about new construction. He introduced us to our builder and shortly after we began the building phase. Dustin was a part of the process from beginning to end. He was always available to answer questions. We now live in our new custom built home. The home we dreamed about on paper for many months. We are so happy with our decision and we are appreciative of Dustin’s hard work, expertise and friendship.

Randy Sullivan definitely went above and beyond in his role as a buyer’s representative agent. He helped us negotiate a deal well below list price and then he helped us negotiate an $19,000 plumbing project that the seller paid for to keep the deal alive. Randy was there for us from start until finish. I will definitely recommend him to those looking for a home in the Corpus Christi or Kingsville Texas areas.

Jeremy Plimper was truly exceptional. He was recommended by the listing agent of the property we were interested in purchasing. My family and I were in search of a home to retire while stationed overseas. We interviewed Jeremy over the phone and knew he was the realtor we wanted to work with. Were glad we made the right choice.Jeremy did an amazing job by always available for any questions and quick to respond. He was flexible after hours due to time differences.The purchasing process went smoothly. Jeremy showed the property via Virtual and sent lots of videos for us to view. He provided information as if he was buying the property. He was prompt to inform us of any documents that needed to be signed and/or any changes. Since we are overseas, Jeremy went above and beyond by helping manage the inspection and miscellaneous things that we couldnt do in person or recommended companies to complete the job. We had the great pleasure to work with Jeremy when we relocated from Houston area to Corpus Christi for work. We knew absolutely no one in CC nor had we ever even visited the city. Jeremy was really great about beginning the house search remotely and giving us a nice summary of what CC was like and where the different neighborhoods were located. Jeremy had all our top houses lined up the first day we were coming down in our preferred neighborhood. Jeremy also made sure to call us before we came down to CC so we could get to know each other a bit. It made coming down to look at homes that much more enjoyable. Once we found a home we were in love with, Jeremy made sure to walk us through the process of putting in an offer and what to expect next. He was more than willing to answer our endless questions and to advocate for us. I am very grateful to Jeremy for helping us find our first home (and working with a VA loan!) and becoming our first friend. We recommend Jeremy to any of our friends who are also moving here for work.

Jeremy was super friendly and very knowledgeable! We gave him some suggestions on what we were looking for in a house and he was really respectful of what we needed and were looking for. Anytime we reached out to him he was always super quick to get back to us. Since we were first time buyers we didn’t know too much of the jargon so he always made it a point to explain everything in detail for us so that we knew exactly what we needed. We had a great experience with Tailor-Made Realty Group. We moved here from out of town, and Jeremy went above and beyond to help us navigate the area without actually being here in person. Once were moved here, our house wasnt ready yet, but he kept us constantly updated and pushed the builder for updates as well. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly. We had quite a few delays on our build that were extremely stressful for us, but Jeremy (and Dustin) were right there to press the builder and help speed the process along. Our closing was seamless and quick as well thanks. After we moved in, Jeremy was still keeping in touch to make sure we had everything we need, to include filing our homestead exemption.Overall, this is a very professional and personal realty group. Highly recommend!

Jeremy blew away our expectations of what you should expect from a realtor! He seemed to be working all the time for us and even past the sale. We were having to move quickly due to a military transfer and he was the right guy for the job. If you want to be treated average at best, don’t call him. While visiting Corpus Christi to see if we wanted to move here, we randomly reached out to real estate agent Jeremy Plimper about a property he had listed. We quickly realized the property wasn’t a good fit for us. That didn’t sway Jeremy - he immediately sent us listings for review. We had very specific needs, and it turned out, the needle in the haystack we looking for had not yet hit MLS. However Jeremy had the needed connections and was able to give us a virtual tour of the property by way of FaceTime (after we returned home from CC). Absolutely 100% 5 stars from me. Jeremy Plimper went way above and beyond helping me sell my house after a divorce. The situation proved to be difficult and he never gave up. He came to the house with me and didnt just point out things and say hey you should fix this. He brought a trailer over and actually got dirty and helped me throw junk away. He helped drag an old pool out. He even brought people over that would know how to fix water damage I had in a room that was lower than the rest of the house. He is an honest and hard working person that actually cares about people he works for. That doesnt happen anymore these days unfortunately. The guys a unicorn and we need more people like him these days. Ill be using his expertise again and again.
