Exceptional knowledge and service! The T Kerr Property Group exceeded all of our expectations. We weren’t planning on purchasing a property but we saw a property that caught our eye but get this- Tanya told us NOT to buy it. She advised us to pass on that property and then a much better home hit the market! It was new to market but she still negotiated the price down and seller concessions. Their transaction coordinator, Angelica, worked with Tanya to make sure everything was smooth. The entire team is outstanding and cares. Buying a home is a big deal and we could trust that Tanya had our best interest at heart. Everything we asked, every situation we encountered, she knew EVERYTHING and gave us great advice. Selling or buying a home is much different than just buying a house, a house is transactional to where a home is something special meant to feel long term. We sold our home and purchased a new one and Janell Meza helped us do both. When it came to buying, Janell understood the importance of finding something long term, near good schools, and something that checked off multiple boxes from a list of wants and needs while staying within our budget. She helped us find the perfect home for our family while helping us navigate the sell of our home for over 7 years. Having not been on the market in that long we knew things had changed but was unprepared for how the market was at this time. Tanya met with us about 6 months before we listed our house. She described in detail our options and best course of action. We knew we were going to sell the house, but were unsure of the timing. Tanya assured us that she would do whatever we needed her to do. As we approach our actual listing time, Tanya continued to provide us with updates and information to help us decide. After we listed, other Realtors that we have used in the past, pretty much left us alone until a contract was signed. Not so with Tanya. Her and her team gave us almost daily updates on what was going on, best steps to handle and hurdles and never failed to respond to any questions or concerns within minutes it seemed. After getting a contract, she was there to navigate the back and forth and was great help in getting a few repairs made as we had already moved and werent available to do so. The roof needed replacing and I was able to get in an insurance claim just days before I had to switch companies.When the tenants moved out the refrigerator leaked and flooded the first floor. Tanya and her team seamlessly coordinated all the workers doing the repairs and upgrades. They helped me with getting more insurance reimbursement for additional damage found during the process.Due to these delays, the property was listed just before Thanksgiving.
