Susan Stillman was outstanding. What an amazing Realtor. She truly LOVES her work and her clients. She said that she would find the perfect home for me, and we did. She went above and beyond through the whole process. I felt like I was working with a friend of many years that knew me so well. She was patient, and knowledgeable, and so down to earth, and I felt truly supported during the entire transaction. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase and or sell a home. If you want to work with the most talented Realtor in the DFW area dont look any further than Susan. She is truly the best at what she does, and only has your interests in mind. Her reputation also proceeds her in the business community, as every professional that we worked to complete the home purchase transaction was excited to see and work with her. Susan was one of the best realtors we’ve ever used. She was so professional and enthusiastic from the very beginning of the selling process. She helped us market our home to sell promptly by providing high-quality photography services, as well as a staging service. We never had to worry about anything through the entire process. Susan worked tirelessly to provide a low-stress, home selling experience. She was excellent at giving us buyers’ feedback. A real gem of realtor! Susan is extremely knowledgeable about the DFW market (especially Coppell)and how to negotiate a fair purchase price for you. After inspection, she makes sure your repair requests are accepted by the buyer and ties up all lose ends! Dont forget her amazing homemade cookies she brings to open houses, inspections, and to closings too! 🍪 Wed definitely use Susan again when buying or selling a property. Shes the best!

Susan has the patience of a saint. We first met Susan about two years ago when we moved out here from California. We started looking for homes. Soon after we met, disaster struck. We had to wait almost a year for another property to be sold before we can resume our home search. Susan kept in touch the whole time. I have done several transactions (one as seller and four as buyer) with Susan Stillman since 2020 and in all of our deals, Susan has been phenomenal in going through the details and making sure each transaction experience is seamless and drama-free.We met at an open house where Susan was helping her realtor colleague’s listing and we had just started searching for our first investment property and without an agent. We went to see all kinds of properties together in the DFW metroplex and thinking back I do not know how Susan dealt with our demanding requests!Susan communicates with her client and all other parties involved, including the other party’s agent, very closely. I highly recommend her and we are definitely working with her on any future sale/purchase here in Texas. And it is worth noting that she bakes the best sea salt sprinkled chocolate chip cookies and literally brings freshly baked cookies to you EVERY TIME you see her!
