I had attempted to sell my lot in Cedar Creek Lake one year ago. The realtor had my lot in the market for 4 months and all he brought me was an owner finance sale. Which I didn’t feel comfortable and I stopped the sale. I decided to attempt to sell the lot again a month ago. I went online looking for a realtor with experience in sales and good reviews. I found Mr Stone Huffman and he never disappointed me. My lot profile and Aerial Photography, that he did was outstanding. If I had a question he was always right there with a response. Within a week we had our first offer on the lot. The lot had 170 reviews, 20 saves and 4 offers in one month. Because of the great job Mr Huffman had done for me.
