Steven and Krystal are incredible beyond words. As a first time homeowner who recently moved down to San Antonio from NYC (and who had very bad apartment experiences there), I was more than a little nervous about navigating the real estate world. Luckily, I couldnt have dreamed of a better team to help me! Krystal was prompt, kind and communicative, and Steve was the perfect blend of professionalism and kindness. He was not only able to find me the PERFECT home for me, he helped me figure out every aspect of Texas Real Estate AND do it all with warmth and humor! What else could you ask for? Whether you are a first timer like me, or a veteran of house hunting, Steve and Krystal are the perfect duo to team up with.

Steven and Krystal are truly the best realtors we have ever dealt with. They found our second home in San Antonio really quickly and it is just what we were looking for. The home is gorgeous and the location is prime to great shops and stores, restaurants and recreation areas. From the viewings to a record closing time that went as smooth as silk, they and their team were professional, courteous and very responsive. They have gone above and beyond our expectations in every aspect. We can’t be more pleased!!

Steve and Krystal are an absolute powerhouse. They were an incredible realtor team during our first home purchase. They were always responsive, never tired of showing us new properties, helped us avoid some duds that we might not have recognized otherwise, and even recommended we walk away from one house that could have caused us big headaches down the line. We never felt any pressure to buy until we found the house that was precisely right for our needs.The two of them have been in the real estate business for many years as investors, and have deep experience negotiating deals in a way that ensures you dont overpay for a property. In the end we got our new house under asking, in large part because they helped us negotiate a deal that would benefit both us and the seller.The house buying process can be stressful and complex, but working with the two of them made it a breeze. I absolutely love these two. My husband and I were in the market to buy our first home, and it was possible because of Steve. These hard times made it almost impossible for us to buy a home however, Steve did not give up. Now, we are enjoying our home. Thanks to these two. This was my first home-buying experience and at first, I felt intimidated and overwhelmed, but Krystal and Steve helped me through every step of the process and it ended up being an easy and painless experience!First, they took several hours to walk me through the whole process and explain the steps. Then they guided me through the house hunt, asking me questions about my needs to eliminate houses that werent a possibility. They skillfully negotiated during my option period and closing and I saved thousands of dollars because of their help! They were never too busy to answer my questions, so I always understood where we were in the process and what the next step was.They are honest and caring people and I highly recommend them whether you are buying your first house or your 10th house. They will be there for you and work to find the right house for you, no matter how long it takes!
