Steve Perry is the best!He helped my wife and I buy our first home. He provided so much information and answered all of our questions. And he also coached us through a very stressful decision in our lives.Being first time homebuyers was very scary, but he helped us through the whole process and supported us.He also was very caring and direct at the same time! I vividly remember him telling me that if I had any chance at buying a home that I would need to go and see homes during the week and not wait till the weekend. That was a game changer and it helped us buy our home.We love our home, our neighborhood, and the side of town we live in. Thank you Steve for making this happen!

We worked with Steve to sell our first home and buy a larger home for our family. Steve had great knowledge of the market, was spot on in his assessment of our home, helped us price it just right, and negotiated the sale in less than a week. He also set us up with a staging company that helped us figure out how to stage our home using our own things to be most appealing to buyers. While looking for our new home Steve offered sound advise with patience and kindness. We always felt like he really listened to us before he spoke. He was very mindful of our budget and needs in a home. We were able to get into our new home on budget with everything we were looking for in the neighborhood we wanted on a tight schedule. He even held babies while we looked at homes. He’s also been available since the sale/buy to answer questions and offer advise on renovations. Steve is a great guy and we highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs. If we ever move again he will be our first call.

I found Steve Perry through NFCU referral programI had worked with another realtor prior to Steve. I was shocked at the amount of disregard they displayed, I informed Steve up front I was having troubles with another realtor. He provided me with relate to information and established clear expectations and goals. Fast forward about 3 months later I purchased my first house! The advice he gave was always spot on, always. I recently utilized Steves services to sell a property in San Antonio. It was a bit atypical as I was living in another state throughout the process. The property needed some cosmetic work - painting, touch ups, re-hang doors, landscaping - and Steve took care of everything for me. Talk about a full service agent! From painting to hanging doors and laying mulch, Steve was my go to contact to get the property in tip top shape to sell. Once on the market, the property sold quickly and at our target price with minimal hassle. Frankly, I wasnt expecting such amazing service but Steve went above and beyond to take care of everything for us. I would highly recommend Steve to any future sellers (or buyers!) and wouldnt hesitate to give a personal recommendation. 5 stars!
