It would be hard to speak highly enough about our experience with Steve.My 94 year old mom sold her house and adjacent lots and right from the start he had a plan, acted promptly and kept us informed along the way. His sound advice was outstanding and the value added was drawing on his knowledge of the market and experience. It surprised me, too, that the sales prices realized were right on the levels he had initially estimated.From our engagement of Steve to final closing of the pair of sales the whole process was completed in a couple of months so one of those stars up there is for his efficiency.I would rely on Steve without reservation and mark him First Call for Hill Country real estate. Not only that, hes a nice guy - he even gave Mom a ride to closings!

Steve is by far the most professional realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us sell my parents home, had it under contract in less than a week. He did whatever we asked him too through the entire process, and I do not believe you would get that level of caring, help or understanding from any other realtor.
