What can I say but Hub Randel is the MAN. He worked with us 24/7 to get our house ready to sell. And it sold within 9 days after listing it…which we were not anticipating but it shows how “on the ball” and actively engaged Hub was from the very beginning to the very end…closing day! His marketing strategies and attention to detail made the process so easy …and lucrative for us. We could not have been any happier with the outcome. His expertise, wisdom and guidance along the way was always “spot on”. He truly has to be one of the most diligently communicative professionals in this field. Selling a home in this market can be so complicated but Hub kept us updated at the drop of a hat whenever we had concerns. Hub Randall is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. He helped me find a house to lease that was within my budget, and had all the amenities I asked for. Last month we had a house fire, I called Hub , and within hours he had 4 houses for me to look at. Three days later my son and I were in a new leased home. He really cares about his clients. I recommend Hub for all your reality needs. He is the only realtor I will ever use.

Just closed on our new property in East Texas and the experience with Hub was absolutely terrific. He was knowledgeable, responsive and made the process enjoyable. Even with some lender issues (on our end) at the end he stayed calm and kept us informed so we didnt have any surprises. I cannot recommend Hub enough for any real estate needs.

Hub has helped us both buy & sell homes. We had a penthouse condo on the northern edge of Midtown we needed to sell in 2017, a challenging property as identifying comps & justifying the value of the property was difficult at best. It was truly a unique place, but the HOA fees were purely by the sq ft & were quite high which tended to depress sale prices. Hub put in a huge amount of effort with open houses as well as doing walk throughs with potential buyers to help us get the price we needed out of the property. At the same time he was helping us well out into the suburbs to contract on the construction of a new home which had its own challenges.In 2021 we sold the house wed built four years before as we moved cross country. Lock-down had created an extreme sellers market & Hub had to deal with literally dozens of requests to see our home. It was on the market for less than three days during which time he scheduled over 30 showings & fielded 16 overs, all at or above list which he worked into a spreadsheet to help us compare & contrast which to accept.Hub has a lot of experience & expertise in this field & is always willing to fight for his client to get what they expect which, in these three challenging cases for us, meant a lot of work for him, about which he never complained.Hub has, through this process, become a friend as well as someone we worked with professionally.
