Working with Stephen and his team was nothing but great! Let’s start with our initial meeting. We sat for coffee then he explained the process and expectations through the whole buying process. He took us and showed us the homes that we were interested in on a couple of occasions. Once we were satisfied with our choice he then helped make an offer. He has a tactic of making a video to send to the seller of us expressing how much we loved the house and why we would be the best buyer for them. This tactic not only helped us stand out but it was also highly effective and it worked with getting the seller to say yes to our offer.Once the offer was accepted we ran into some snags shortly after on the seller’s end but Stephen made sure that our best interests came first before just trying to make a paycheck. He fought tooth and nail and would not accept anything less than our conditions before moving forward with buying our house.After everything was resolved between us and the seller Stephen was very active in finding us the best mortgage lender, inspector, and providing us updates up until the closing date. Stephen showed up at closing and saw the whole thing through.I’ve been skeptical of buying a home my entire life but Stephen and his team helped put me at ease along with my fiancé. I would recommend working with Stephen time after time to friends, associates, and family whether they are buying or selling a home.Thank you Stephen for helping us make our dreams a reality!

I absolutely recommend Stephen and Big Buffalo Group for your reality needs! My fiancee and I were lucky to have Stephen guide us and teach us about the homebuying process. As first time homebuyers, it is easy to be scared and intimidated by it all--as we were. However, throughout the process, we always knew Stephen had our best interest at heart and that was HUGE. He listened to our wants, needs, and concerns every single time with patience and kindness! He explained everything thoroughly; making sure we understood our investment. Stephen knows real estate. He is a very intelligent and strategic business man. He does not ever compromise the buyer-realtor relationship and you can trust that he is fighting for you every step of the way!

Making the decision to buy our next house was a huge move, no pun intended. We had just sold our home, which was a nightmare. My husband and I were not ready to jump into another nightmare, at least not with the realtor who had just sold our home. Then, we met Stephen and from that moment on, our nightmare became our fun adventures.Stephen is a man with integrity, patience, and a heart of gold. If you are looking for a decent realtor who is a great listener, one who will look out for your best interests, hes the realtor for you.Our lender had an issue with our new house, the likes of which nobody from Texas had ever run into before and could have meant not closing on our new home. Stephen resolved the issue quickly, this entailed doing some research in the surrounding area and presenting it to our lender. They accepted and we closed, Yay!!! Now, heres the interesting part, our lender called to tell us we were good to close on the house because of what Stephen had presented to them, which was great. The gentleman even mentioned what an awesome job Stephen did with his research, he was very impressed, and we were extremely content.My husband and I highly recommend Stephen if you are looking for a realtor who will work for you with dignity, integrity, and professionalism, you will not be sorry, you will be relieved!!

Our first time buying a house and Stephen made it happen. He was by far the best agent anyone could ask for. From start to finish he stayed connected with us, and went above and beyond to make this happen for our family. Words cannot express how grateful we are for having him as our agent. He was extremely knowledgeable in all questions we had and motivated to get us in our forever home. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

We were first time home buyers using the VA loan and had no idea where to start. We got referred to Stephen Bednarski, who was in the service himself. We met up with him for the first time planning on just meeting him, looking at a couple houses, and trying to come up with a game plan. As soon as we walked into the first house, it was very apparent that he was there for us and not just to sell us a house. He was honest and transparent with the whole process, working after hours to make the process as quick and painless as possible. He was also very knowledgeable about the land around us.
