Stephanie in a word is PHENOMENAL!!! From the very start in the dead of winter, sleet, snow and torrential thunderstorms, Stephanie would show us homes before the PQ process had even begun! We were fresh transplants to the TXK area and once we spoke over the phone she immediately went to work. She is not one to show/ sale simply to collect a quick commission, she is DEDICATED to what YOU want as a buyer. If its not quite right pricing, location or otherwise, she encourages you to maintain the laser focus on your needs. A pitbull when it comes to handling anything she felt could be improved or she felt passionately be it with lending or interim contracts, I was and still remain utterly impressed.Constantly made us a priority in pushing our cumulative efforts forward. I NEVER had to track her down or check on any request... she was ON IT almost as if telepathically sensing it. She truly goes above and beyond...this woman needs a CAPE. My husband and I would choose and refer her again and AGAIN and WILL. That is the amazing impact Stephanie left, making (what many call ) a stressful process actually enjoyable, informative and we bonded through our experience.There is NO other realtor we will ever use, buy or sell, Stephanie Maddox is the REAL DEAL. We absolutely LOVE this woman!
