Stacey showed my husband and me several homes, put offers on 4 but for a reason or another each fell thru or we opted out- we finally found our dream home, still thinking it’s all a dream . We are very happy in our new home and deeply appreciate Stacey, she definitely represented us professionally every step of the way….. our recently purchased home was a probate home and we had our share of obstacles, but her perseverance paid off-we closed 12/12/24 we would use Stacey Meece again for residential purchases. She is the most amazing realtor, extremely knowledgeable and will fight every direction never giving up to win the deal for her client.

Stacey Meece is the very best realtor we have ever worked with. She is so prompt in every move requested of her (answering most requests within minutes at all times of the day and night). Stacey is extremely professional and very intuitive. She has spent several months and 3 different transactions working for us and always very gracious and she goes WAY above and beyond to investigate any issues that we even mention in passing. Stacey is a wealth of information on laws, rules and just the everyday life in the Granbury and surrounding areas. I initially, contacted Stacey through an internet real estate service. The first one didnt work out, neither did the next one she looked into for me. Several inquiries later, which she was diligent enough to research and find information for me to consider on various properties didnt work out either for one reason or another. But she kept on looking into properties for me until one of them clicked. I put in my bid,which was rejected, and she continued the search with me. Some time later, she was apprised that the contract on the property that clicked with me and which bid was rejected, had fallen through and she promptly contacted me to let me know. I jumped on it with all 4s, and was able to close on the property with no problem, since she metaphorically held my hand, so to speak, through the process. I would say Stacey is truly a diligent and professional agent that is trustworthy to have on your side.
