I needed to sell a house in Lubbock quickly, easily, and from afar since I live in McKinney. I had an unusual situation consisting of awkward family dynamics and, since I was selling as guardian of estate, the sale needed to be approved by the court. I thought I was looking at a very tall order and I wasnt having much luck. At a friends suggestion, I tried calling Opendoor but, since they dont service the Lubbock area, the answering service put me in touch with a local realtor. Somehow, the stars aligned and my call was transferred to Sol Carver with Progressive Properties. Sol was easy to talk to and very understanding of my situation. He followed through with everything he said he would and turned the selling process into a walk in the park for me. He stayed on top of all the details and was very accommodating. If I ever need help again with real estate in Lubbock, I will absolutely want Sol Carver as my realtor! Youre in good hands with Sol. I cant recommend enough! -

I don’t think there is enough stars to rate Sol and sailor. They are truly agents that go above and beyond for their clients, as a client who I’m pretty sure was a total pain they were exceptional every step of the way. not only are they super knowledgeable, but they’re super cool too, I got to know them over the last year and a half during our home buying and selling process and I’m proud to say that I can call them friends as well as agents. I’m hoping I never have to move again but if I do they will be my absolute first call.If you’re looking for someone who will go the distance plus more these two are your people!! -

We were new to the area in Lubbock and was looking for a great rental property that would fit our budget. Thats when Saylor and Sol came into the picture. They sent us listings and we would review what we wanted to go look at. We would meet them at the properties and look around. They were so patient and helpful!
