One of the BEST realtors in Grayson County! I originally tried to sell my home myself to save on realtor fees and after months of not one showing I was losing hope. Spencer called me, we set up a meeting and I hired him SAME DAY. One week later my home was under contract to sale! I actually had my house up for sale by owner and had so many realtors wanting to come to my house to talk to me but I never let anyone come to my house till Spencer called me. I am 76 years old and my mind was set. We sat at the kitchen table and my 26 year old grandson was in the living room. He was never pushy. He explained what he could do for me. After our conversation I told him I was definitely considering it but needed to think. My grandson told me “ he knows what he is doing”. Well my house sold immediately before I hired Spencer and I was going to hire him. He was very happy for me and even checked back to make sure everything went well and if I needed him. I appreciate you Spencer. You are a good man.
