Sam is an absolute JOY to work with! She helped us find a new home on short notice and went above and beyond to vouch for us. She is an advocate for her clients, educating us along the way through the process. She even recommended trusted contractors to help us through repairs of the home we needed to sell. Sam is professional, reliable and thoughtful in so many ways. Were expecting our first child and she was kind enough to provide her perspective on ideals/nice to haves in a new home to me as a first time mom. Just overall a wonderful experience with such a kind agent. Couldnt ask for better!

I cant speak highly enough of our experience with Samantha. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the house buying process. When we met Samantha, we knew instantly that she was the realtor for us. She is assertive, knowledgeable, proactive, communicative and has a great sense of humor, which we love!She was very patient with us as we navigated and narrowed down the type of home we were looking for. We never felt forced to make an offer and, in any house, we viewed, she was quick to point out any concerns that would later arise to exorbitant expenses. She walked us through the process, making sure we were well informed and in agreement with everything taking place.If you are looking to buy a house, I highly recommend Samantha. Shes the best.P.S. If you don’t think she’s funny, you’re lame.

Sam is the best! Going into this is I had concerns that I might feel awkward because of my own social skill level, haha, but Sam made every encounter fun and comfortable. Aside from that, the most important thing is that she was honest and forward about things that really mattered in the home buying process. She made it easy and fun and made sure we had a very good understanding of everything we needed to know as first-time home buyers. There wasnt a question she couldnt answer, and every time we met, I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. We laughed a lot and got it done! Im now in my beautiful home thanks to all her help and I cant recommend her enough! If you need a realtor, shes the one!
