I met Drew and Heather through a long-time friend last spring when we decided to downsize from our 2-story home. They are so personable and professional, and this turned out to be quite an experience. My husband was in bad health, leaving me to cull things and pack. Heather was so great in helping keep me focusing on moving forward and both of them came over on two different occasions to help me move packed furniture and boxes to the garage so we could get the house ready to show. Heather made magic in putting it into show condition and Drew provided the various contractors we needed to be able to sell as is. We had 51 showings in three days and four offers at that time! Priced perfectly. Heather also set me up with a house rental portal so I could find a place for us to move. The closing was set, and then at the same time my husband passed away, leaving me to get everything finalized. Drew and Heather went out of their way to enable all of the closing issues and legal papers for renting, etc. to be taken care of. Now I am in a wonderful smaller place and have gained two new very special friends! They are such quality, professional people who really care!

Drew and Heather are consummate professionals. My wife, Bonnie, and I have not had to sell a house since 1996. Drew and Heather met with us, advised us and took care of everything to do with the sale of our home. They took care of all aspects from listing to staging and photographing to closing. Thanks to them we had over 30 people in one weekend looking at the house. The result was 5 offers over asking. It would be our pleasure to recommend them to anyone

I first met Drew and Heather in the fall of 2017 when I was in the process of selling my moms house in east Plano. I had interviewed three local realtors, and was not satisfied with any of them. A co worker recommended Drew and Heather based on being friends with their family. After the first meeting with them, my decision was made. The Plano house sold and a friendship was formed. Then in the fall of 2018 we began the process of building a new house in the Hill Country and Drew and Heather were called upon to sell our home in Wylie. I have never met a more professional and dedicated couple to work with. Drews commitment is personified by his dedication to Carry the Load in honor of his brother. Heather is on top of every move and event throughout the showing, contract and closing process. Words cannot properly describe the appreciation that I have for these two professionals. Do not consider any one else! They are the BEST!

We met Heather when, on a whim, we decided to take a look at a house for sale in our neighborhood. We were just in the beginning stages of maybe, possibly, thinking about the idea of moving. We started asking her a few questions and immediately felt comfortable with her. She and Drew are fantastic at what they do. They were always helpful, ever patient and helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

Heather Shubzda is a rock-star realtor. She did a great job understanding our needs and working innovative ways to get us information and insights even though we were out of town--lots of photos and discussions. She was extremely responsive in negotiation and meeting contract requirements... but more importantly she paid careful attention to details to make sure everything went smoothly and on schedule. Terrific Realtor! No hesitation giving them a 5-Star rating!

From the start, Heather and Drew have been nothing short of amazing. Never did they say or promise anything that did not follow through with. They did exactly what the set out to do ... sell our house. And they did that in one week! Now, I dont expect that they would sell everyones house in a week, but they did for us. They told us what we needed to do to prep the house, were constantly in touch with us through the process and negotiated all that needed to be negotiated in a professional and efficient manner. I cannot be more pleased.

My wife LaShonda and I, closed on our first home a few weeks ago. We are still walking around our home with silly smiles on our faces because it is literally a dream come true. Starting the process of looking for a home was a bit intimidating since we did not know where to start. One of the parents of our daughters classmates mentioned Drew and Heather as a potential realtor team that could help us find the right home.
