Theres just not enough time in the day or in this space to tell you how impressed we were with Shartay. From the moment we called her, we got 100% attention from her. Her knowledge, willingness to educate & share, kindness and patience made our home buying experience very smooth and thats saying a lot. When I tell you Shartay is a blessing and an amazing person, these are under statements. She went above and beyond to meet my expectations through the entire process. She was able to find my family our first home and she handled my anxiety better than I did myself! I’d trust her judgement for every purchase in the near future! Thank you a million times for making our dream come true in so little time. We literally found our home over a 3 day weekend and saw many properties and closed in less than 2 months too. Shartay is that WOMAN!!!! Love her and her ethic!!!

My family and I were relocating to Texas from Florida and did not know a single realtor in Texas. We told our realtor this in Florida and he said that he would research and find someone who we would trust. Being the person that I am I really had doubts. However he came to me no more than a week later with a name… Mrs. Shartay Simpson. When I say from the first moment we spoke over the phone she instantly made me feel so comfortable with my family’s transition. She answered all of my questions and took the time to get to know me and my family and to learn what we liked and didn’t like. I appreciated that so much. Shartay never rushed us on making a decision but was always truthful and honest. To make a long story short we closed on our brand new home on April 30th. And we absolutely love it.
