My partner and I worked with Sherene to purchase a home - she was very diligent and within the weekend of us connecting with we were touring almost 20 homes! As first time home buyers we really appreciated how well she was able to walk us through the process, answer our questions, and give good suggestions! She even brought her husband Chris, who is also a realtor and former home inspector, during our home walk-through to give advice on things to look at. We went from looking to closing in just under a month! Sherene even got us a celebratory bottle of champagne on our closing day. Sherene and Chris are honest, hard-working, diligent, and down-to-earth real estate agents. Sherene was my agent when I bought a condo in downtown Austin. It was my first time buying and I asked a lot of questions. Sherene always took the time to answer my questions honestly and thoroughly.There are a lot of realtors who simply want to close as quickly as possible to collect the commission and move on to their next client. Sherene was the complete opposite of this. She truly was looking out for me and my interests, even when it meant suggesting to not put an offer in if it wasnt the right property, terms, or price. Finding a real estate agent who you can be confident in and trust to be working in your best interest is hard to find - Sherene is exactly that!After buying my condo with Sherene, I was able to get to know Chris as well. Sherene was on top of it, sending daily listings, understanding my needs etc. She was communicative/ FaceTiming when viewing places for me while I was still out of state.
