We were very impressed with Sheila’s work in all aspects. Her market knowledge is superior to anyone we have encountered and she enabled us to make data driven decisions. Not only does she conducts extensive analysis of the market data but she also couples that with her personal insights and local knowledge which one can’t find anywhere. Sheila took the time to understand our needs and our family. She made us feel that we were the only family she was working with. She was also working at the lighting speed and extremely responsive which was the (figurative) key to our success and the actual key to our new home. We bought the house sight unseen and we were extremely comfortable doing it because Shiela was there every step of the way. We could tell she has superior judgment and our best interest at heart so we completely relied on her. Her competency when it comes managing the paperwork and other things made our lives so much easier. She invested lots of time into creating videos, websites, checklists, reports, etc which consolidates and presents information and advice in easy to consume format at the time that we need it. We were looking for a realtor but didn’t expect that we will find a personal coach, advisor and a friend! -

Sheila is phenomenal!! She took charge from the start - getting an appt to see my new dream home ASAP - I had total confidence and trust in her throughout the whole process. She even put new door sweeps on my 2 back doors by the pool before I moved in. She sent me info about the Cinco Ranch amenities, important phone numbers for neighborhood, gave me referrals for handymen, pool company, AC repair, etc. She is very detail oriented and pays close attention to all facets of the house hunting process which can be very stressful. Sheila is by far a 5 star realtor and quite knowledgeable and the best!! -

Moving to Houston was really not an easy task. Having Sheila as our agent to find a house in Houston with a good school district and our budget was the best decision we ever made. Sheila is very knowledgeable at everything we needed to know as a home buyer in Texas. The vast information in her website about Sugar Land and Katy areas really show that! She was always available and friendly in answering our questions through both emails and phone calls. She guided us at every step during showing and offer submission and provided us with a checklist of things to do and deadlines to make sure we close on time. As a cherry on top of our successful closing, she showed up at the house with a welcome basket during final walk through. Our 4-year-old daughter even enjoys her accompany during the showings! As a home inspector since 2003 I have worked with Shelia Cox and her clients for the past 7 or 8 years. She is by far one of the best agents I have met and Ive met hundreds. She is always present at the inspection (many agents do not show up) and asks a great deal of questions. Her clients really benefit by her experience and knowledge of homes and construction. Shelia is always putting her clients needs first. She is professional, has great character, and knows the Katy, Sugar Land, and Cypress areas very well. -
