Where to begin… Shaye is extremely down-to-earth, honest and has your best interest/family needs at heart. He was attentive, helpful, personable, and easy to work with! Without his help, I feel as if finding out first home would have been more of a chore than an enjoyment. Working with Shaye was overall a super enjoyable experience. Even our kids looked forward to seeing him at the houses! He was always there rain or shine and even helped us find an amazing lender. I cannot recommend him enough!

My husband met Shaye by chance and at the time the housing market just wasnt what he had hoped for. Once we got married and seriously started looking for a home, we still had Shayes business card and contacted him. It had been quite awhile since either of us had shopped for a home and Shaye was very patient with us. He stayed in close contact and was always available when we had questions. He is very professional and puts his clients needs at the top of his concerns....his smile is a mile long and he projects that happiness in all that he does. I would have no hesitation recommending Shaye!

Shaye is absolutely the best! This process was a breeze. He makes you feel heard. He isnt trying to sell you a house. He is helping you find your dream home, whatever it takes. He doesnt make you feel like youre wasting his time from all the showings. He is right there helping you every step of the way. He offers advice. He is not in it for the sale but for your happiness. This is hard to find in most realtors. He has some great connections and can get you to where you need to go. The lending team that he recommends were awesome and together, they were able to help us find our dream home. We offered/contracted quickly with his negotiation skills. We closed so fast (about 2ish weeks). It was great. It still doesnt seem real that we are in our dream home. Give him a call/text. He makes dreams come true. ❤️❤️ Thank you Shaye for everything!! 💙

I wasnt sure on the whole home process again after many changes with work and business etc, but gave it a shot. It was no easy task for either party but shaye did everything in his power to answer questions and make things happen... im talking miracle worker type steps. He made resources happen and 4 weeks after offer input we moved into our long term home and couldnt be happier. Thank you for your hard work and sorry for any pain we may have caused 🤣
