Sharon is a great person to contact if you are looking in the New Braunfels/Seguin and surrounding areas. She found several rental properties for us in the price range we were looking at. We settled on a property in Seguin and have been very pleased with it. She also gave us the name of a really good home inspector. I would highly recommend her.

When looking for your best home or business spot, you need to have people helping who:know you and your needs, your preferences and dreams; know local areas and know what residence and professional areas need and will welcome.She (since Im speaking wholeheartedly here about Sharon Zaiontz) figured out to blend who we are with New Braunfels (where we opted to live) so that we had the best of all: prime location for walking access + a home which met all our requirements, then some.Sharon works hard all the time: before a sale, during your purchase, afterward and on, when needed. How do my husband and I know these things? Sharon not only helped us find what we hoped would be our forever home, when family needs required us to move, she helped from that start to finish I mentioned.

Sharon referred us to a realtor in our area. She responded quickly. Most of the homes we had our eyes on were grabbed quickky-even before covid. She found an amazing realtor who was there for us when we needed him. She found us the right person! Thank you, Sharon, for doing the research.

In todays real estate market you have to have someone that works hard and fast and is very responsive. If youre working with anyone less than that, you going to lose out on that property youre wanting.Sharon was everything we needed. Fast, tenacious and thorough.
