I have now used Sharon Cox for two different home purchases. The first back in 2018 in the Richardson area, and the most recent this past November in Arlington. Sharon is also the agent selling the initial house we purchased in 2018.I could not recommend Sharon enough. When it comes to purchasing a house Sharon is thorough and timely and is always looking out for you whether its with inspections or things that may not seem right or running the comps. She wont get frustrated when youre being picky or if youve seen 50 houses and just feel they arent the right fit.Even when I am not working with Sharon she is always available to send me any type of service workers she recommends like plumbers, and AC repair, and electricans etc. And all her recommendations are people I have not stopped using.Sharon has also gone the extra mile and went to my house while I was out of town as when I had sprinkler break to turn off the water.I have worked with many other realtors before Sharon and none seemed to care as much or work as hard as she does to find exactly what you want. I also was never sure whether or not to trust certain advice given from the other realtors, with Sharon I never have to worry at all!

She helped us through from before the actual listing was signed, all the way to the end; including referring a fabulous agent to help us find a new home in Colorado. The sale went smoothly. Sharon Cox was an excellent realtor throughout our homebuying process. She worked with us while we shopped around Dallas Texas for many years and was consistently available to show us homes. She was also very knowledgeable about potential issues on a property that would need correcting and has a wealth of contacts for contractors and home loan groups to assist in every stage of the home buying process. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Sharon Cox looked at houses for me purchase! I told her the Zip Codes I wanted to live in and she updated me daily! I could look at the house and the location to determine yes/no quickly on-line.What I most appreciated was that she would adjust her schedule to show me the home as soon as I texted her! She helped me every step of the way to purchase my home and afterwards! She would say “next we need to do this, such as get your pre-approval lined up, now you need to do whatever to push the purchase thru! From Inspection Company referral to moving company! She helped with providing my Lender and Title Company the documents required! So many referrals has been awesome from plumbers to handyman, all at her fingertips!Sharon was so kind and patient, it made the entire experience go so smoothly!I highly recommend her and her team for your next Home purchase!

Being a first time homebuyer can be a daunting experience. Finding the right real estate agent is paramount to alleviating a lot of the stress and uneasiness associated with the home buying process. Sharon held our hands like we were toddlers crossing a New York City Street for the first time. She gave us a sense of calmness and security throughout the entire time. She taught us everything from foundation issues to contingencies. Sharon is the Encyclopedia/Google of everything home related. She has a resource for EVERYTHING. Sharon is a wonderful agent that goes well above and beyond. In these times the challenges in acquiring any real state is more than a challenge. It is extremely complex and difficult to navigate for many reasons including the interesting times we live in. Sharon has stepped in to coordinate and maintain the flow of communications, correct information and missing information to name a few items. She facilitates the challenge in so many ways it is hard to list them. I cant imagine buying real estate with anyone else. The reason you have a real estate agent is the knowledge and wisdom of the business. Sharon personifies the highest level of this wisdom and knowledge. She is personable and patient with clients. We just closed our second purchase in the family with Sharon. She has become our family agent.
