We had a wonderful experience with Sharmin. She is very easy to work with and try to understand your needs to the fullest.She will never let you down and puts her whole effort to show you as many properties as she can without any hurry, and wont ask you to stick on one until you are fully satisfied.She will also tell you about the pros and cons of the properties you are looking at.Nice person with clear thoughts which can guide you exactly on what you are looking for to call a perfect HOME.

I entered the market as a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge of the ins and outs of the entire process. Sharmin immediately made me feel confident that I could navigate everything from searching to financing to actual ownership. She was incredibly perceptive and discerning about every house we viewed, and she offered thoughtful opinions and observations about things I didnt know to look for, without ever attempting change my opinions or pressure any decisions. She was a huge source of support, comfort & confidence throughout the process, and with her guidance I was able to go from searching to signing in one months time. Sharmin also has a great network of great people who we were able to call on for opinions and planning at every stage, and shes continued to put me in touch with folks who can give me the answers and estimates Im looking for since I moved into my new home and kicked off different projects. From big important discussions to smaller detailed questions, I always felt like a priority for Sharmin. Whether youre a first time homebuyer like I was or someone more experienced who is looking for a reliable partner and reassuring sounding board, I could not recommend Sharmin more.

Short review : - Fantabulous, well heeled, well connected, aggressive, crisp, ethical, top notch.These guys are amazing at what they do and if you want to buy a home in Austin hot market look no further. You have found the right people call them NOW. Stop yourself from losing another bid!!Long ReviewSad but true that Everytime I lost a bid in this Austin real estate market I lost a bit of me and a shadow was casted over my peace of mind. Before meeting Sharmin and Sanju I have been looking for a home for almost 6 months, while with them I found my dream home in Avery ranch in 1 week. Intrigued read further!!A friend recommended Sharmin and as with any other referral I was skeptical and 🧐. So we decided to meet them mid June after I had terminated all my connections/contracts with previous realtor. meeting them felt so positive and so good. Sharmin explained all the details of home buying process and contrary to all other real estate agent she never asked us new built or resale home. She got to work and showed us a blend. At the start I was inclined to buy a new built as I thought old homes are dirty and have issues and investors compete to bid higher. My myths were busted by Sharmin and not by words but with facts and proofs. She recommended us so many options that I finally felt positive about buying our new home. At one point I just told Sharmin that I wanted a house 27 miles away from work where I need to commute everyday. She was so patient with me and asked me to drive 3 days straight to the house. Guess what I dont want that house :). In my experience, no other person has ever attached themselves to a task at hand like Sharmin did. The very next weekend we had a house in Avery ranch come up and I discussed with Sharmin if it would be a good option. She quickly arranged for viewing and showed us the house. The house was just perfect. The moment she knew we wanted the house she was unstoppable. Constantly in touch with the seller agent she went above and beyond to ensure we got the house. On Sunday evening we came to know that there is another buyer who has bid almst 20k more than us. My heart just sank I knew we lost this one. Wait wait wait - losing and Sharmin, that doesnt sound right!!Against all odds Sharmin got us the house - 27th July closed. She works day and night to get you your dream home and she does this full time so you are her no. 1 priority. She is the best in the market and with rare combination of patience with the buyers and aggressive with the sellers has made sharmin a unique top notch realtor.Sharmin has great web of contacts that help you get through the stressful home buying process easily. She keeps in constant touch and check-ins to see if you are doing good even after closing. You read it right even after closing. EXCEPTIONALThank you Sharmin for getting us our dream home. I truly believe that our connections on earth are the family we choose and I am so glad that I chose you.Thank you for everything and my alarm now needs snooze as I am away from all anxiety and fear in my new home at Avery ranch 🏠🏡🏠.
