Shane has helped us sell two different properties over the last few years. The experience has always been laid back, yet professional from start to finish. Shane has a list of resources for whatever you may need to get your property ready to go on the market, and he knows how to take great photos to create a great listing that draws possible buyers in. Even in the market were in now (2024), we had multiple offers, were under contract in 10 days, accepted an offer for a price we were happy with, and closed on the date expected. That wouldnt have been possible without Shanes knowledge of market conditions, demand in our area, and marketing skills. We wont hesitate to use him if we move back to the area, or to recommend him to friends and family.
