We were referred to the Snyder Group by friends who had worked with them multiple times in the past and raved about how great they were to work with. Very happy we took their advice and choose the Snyders to help us sell and buy our new home! They helped take the stress out of doing a double closing and worked miracles to get everything closed within hours on the same day.Along with their expertise they bring a personal touch and you can tell they care about you and your needs and not just closing the deal. Brandon, Mary and team went above and beyond to help us every step of the way and skillfully negotiated every aspect of our transactions to our advantage. They are more than just realtors, they are friends that are on your side. If i could rate higher than 5 stars I would and would not hesitate to work with them again!

My housemate and I worked with Tony LaThanh and had a really positive experience with him. He was recommended to me by a work-related contact who had a fantastic experience with him. I was moving from another state, so I was unfamiliar with the Houston housing market and didn’t have a car. Tony patiently drove me around the city on two separate days (I must have seen >10 places), provided insights to help me understand the rental market in a new city, and put himself in my shoes to provide input about budget, housing type, and my other priorities. When I was uncertain about how to proceed, he was super influential in helping me decide which of the places I saw was the best. My housemate I are very happy with the decision. Of note, I was especially struck by an exchange with Tony in which I mentioned that I had an opportunity to rent a condo a family member but was hesitant because I thought the neighborhood the condo was in was further from my workplace than the places Tony was showing and I wanted to prioritize a short commute to work. Tony informed me that the condo was actually closer than the places we were viewing, information that was in my best interest but potentially at his expense if he wanted to represent me in a rental agreement. What a guy! I was also very impressed when I sent Tony a list of maybe seven places after midnight that I wanted to view and he was able to set up viewings at almost all of them by the next morning. If you’re looking for a realtor who will take his time with you, help you match your needs with the markets offerings, and, most importantly, be honest and transparent, Tony is your guy. I would recommend Tony’s services to close family and friends without reservations.

My girlfriend and I were struggling to find a new place as our lease was ending. We had been searching for a while and could not find anything until we contacted Tony. Within a day he had helped us more than anyone we know of and worked extremely hard and quickly to tend to all our requirements for a house. We were stressed until Tony came to our help. He found us a house that surpassed all our wants and worked diligently to help us get it. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for everything he did to get us this house! I don’t know that I can fully communicate in a review how amazing Brandon and Mary are! They are not only experts in their field, they are absolutely wonderful people who are a joy to work with. They have a diverse network of professional contacts and are able to partner with you through every step of the home buying process.An example of how fabulous they are - our plans changed last minute and we moved to a different state instead of TX after having already connected with them to start the planning process. Not only did they still connect me with a local agent to sell my current home, they put me in touch with a buyers agent in our new state as well; both of whom have also been excellent to work with. They truly go above and beyond to ensure they understand your needs and you are comfortable every step of the way. Clear communication, extremely responsive and their level of customer service is a rare gem these days.I have never met Brandon and Mary in person, yet they feel like old friends. Brandon and Mary Snyder, helped me and my wife find an AMAZING home, in an area that exceeded our expectations. We knew so little about the home buying process, Brandon, Mary, and their team were very patient with my hundreds, if not thousands of questions. This was our first home, and we could not have done it without them. They explained the process to me and my wife very clearly, in a way we could understand. They ensured all paperwork and documentation was done correctly, and most importantly, they protected us from any type of scam or fraud.There is a lot involved in the home buying process, and Brandon, Mary, and their team , ensured we felt comfortable, and knew exactly what was happening and when.Their communication was very, very, good, their knowledge of the greater Houston area is ASTONISHING. They showed us neighborhoods we didnt even knew existed, in areas that were nicer then what we had in mind. All while staying UNDER our budget. Speaking of budget, they were very respectful of our wishes on what we wanted to spend. We never felt pressured, or uncomfortable with anything.They also were very good through the whole inspection process, and negotiating with the other party in regards to the repairs. Truly awesome experience. 5 stars is not enough justice! The Snyder’s (Brandon and Mary) went above and beyond to assist my family with finding our dream home. They even went beyond normal scopes in finding a local agent to sell our home in California. Again they went above and beyond when our family decided Texas was not the right choice to move at this time, and further helped us find an agent, in the area we preferred of Missouri. They even continued to follow up with us through our sale process and escrow process on our new home purchase. I mean I can’t stress enough these folks are a blessing.
