Savannah goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only is she an exceptional representative but she is a true friend. In the realm of business, I’m extremely satisfied. She found me a beautiful waterfront apartment 5 minutes from my place of work. She helped me set up utilities & find furniture. What stands out the most is Savannah’s genuine & personal approach. She doesn’t just stop at real estate. I told her I was stressed about setting up my phone plan & she didn’t just offer advice- she literally went to my appointment with me. She has extensive business contacts. I reached out when I was looking to buy a car, because I knew she’d know someone & she referred me to her friend in Houston who got me awesome deals. We talk all the time & I will never stop telling people how satisfied I am.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! Her energy and passion exceeded expectations. You can tell she loves what she does. She found me and my roommates a nicer luxury apartment in the Medical District of Houston AND cheaper than our Midtown one. We worked together for a couple of months and she was very patient, I never felt pressured. Most importantly to me, she was transparent and genuine. She put everything out on the table. I could tell that she actually cared about me and wasn’t just in it for the sale. She helped me look at rugs and furniture, sent me a closing gift, and a referral gift for sending my friend to her. She’s sent me holiday cards since I have moved in. Plan on using her again when I buy a house.

Savannah made looking for houses so fun! She was super informative and made us feel very special w the amount of time she spent helping us. She truly makes u feel like family and I can’t recommend her enough!
