Sarah was such a great partner to work with in my journey of purchasing my first home! She was super communicative, empathetic to the amount that I didn’t understand, and supportive of the journey. At no time did I feel pressured into a tough decision and she got us a great deal for a house that ticked all of my boxes! The BEST realtor EVER! I was searching for rental properties in the Travis County area and Sarah responded post haste. That was most important to me because the rental rate was just reduced and it fit snuggly within my budget! We toured the property even discussing design ideas. We talked for over an hour not only about qualifying criteria but owner and tenant rights and expectations. I knew her fiduciary duty was to the PMC, she also exhibited kindness.Her positive attitude gave me confidence and comfort! Yaaay, I was approved to lease. Sarah from Day 1 proved she cares more about the client’s satisfaction and happiness than a quick transaction. I work/live out of state while my family lives local so there were several challenges we faced along this long process. Sarah stood for us and sometimes in front of us to make sure we were getting what we were looking for and weren’t being bullied by the builders or sellers. There were a couple deals we walked away from due to disagreements with what was promised versus what was being delivered.
