Sarah Solis is the full package as a realtor! She has an outstanding knowledge of the Rockport area real estate market. She was very accommodating in scheduling showings. Sarah was patient and never pushy about any properties. Sarah always took the time to sit down and analyze each property with us and whether it truly fit all of our familys needs! Not being from the area, it was comforting to know we had someone in our corner and looking out for our best interest! We used Sarah to submit multiple offers during our hunt and now have successfully completed two transactions (one primary home and one investment) with her help. I would highly recommend using Sarah Solis for all of your real estate needs!

Sarah is so many things, but incredible is the main one. She is SO knowledgeable of the market, the laws, regulations, and she knows exactly what shes doing. She is a fighter for her clients and working with her made the home buying process such a breeze. Im a worrier, and Sarah consistently put my mind at ease. Not only that, but she lives almost an hour away from the home I was buying and she would drive over there several times per week to check on the progress of the things wed asked to be fixed. Sarah goes above and beyond for her clients and I will always return to her for any of my real estate needs.

Buying a house is not always easy, and anything that could go wrong went wrong in our situation, but that was no fault of Sarah’s- in fact she ended up essentially doing the job of two agents!
