Sarah was tremendously helpful with our move from out of state. The coordination prior to our visit served to make for an efficient house hunt. She was very accommodating in our needs and helped to streamline the process from finding us a lender, securing viewings with sellers, and then once we found our house, the inspection and closing process. In addition to the home buying process she has been an exceptional asset in getting to know the community and recommending places to shop and companies to help us with services like pool maintenance and interior painting. Finally Sarah made us feel at ease and the entire process from start to finish was very enjoyable!

When searching for our daughter’s college home, Sarah took the time even when we were not available, to make sure that she was viewing a house “as if it was us”. In spite of my preparations during the last several years to ensure my finances were in order, I never got any results on my home buying attempts prior to moving to Bryan last year. I had just started with an interest form when I met Sarah during an Aggie mom event 5 weeks ago in February. I had never imagined that my longtime dream of finally owning a home would come true in just over the span of a month!I had not done a search locally in BCS, and Sarah was very knowledgeable about the local areas, the housing market, the factors to watch for to align qualities of a home and residential area with my goals, such as pros and cons of an HOA, some of the housing restrictions as far as related occupants, etc.Her expertise helped me to narrow my search and find a house that fit my needs.She has a strong network of people to connect with to investigate financing, and skilled and trusted people to consult with for repairs/improvements on properties.
