Outstanding service from a On Point real estate agent. Cant tell how much I would recommend Leslie. Leslies knowledge of Wichita Falls and surrounding area was Top level. She knew exactly what I wanted in a home and didnt bombard me with houses that didnt meet my criteria. I told her what my deal breakers were and she knew what areas of the city had the right fit for me. Lets just say I had a list of requirements from age, price, roof age, storage to the direction my backyard was facing!! That Texas sun is a beast! It took awhile to find the right fit and that was really on me with all my demands but once she found the perfect property for me, she took the reins so to speak and negotiated far beyond me expectations. At closing I found out she negotiated some extras that really helped. If I had any questions she was a text/call away and always kept me informed throughout the entire process

Sarah Lareau was definitely one of the best real estate agents I could get. She was super knowledgeable about the VA home loan process. I purchased my house site unseen as I was stationed at another base. She was very attentive and descriptive when she was walking through numerous houses. She gave great advice of the neighborhoods. I finally purchased a house after numerous visits and she was helpful on every step of the way to ensure the closing happened on time.Since I purchased my house I have reached out to her numerous times and the networking that she created gives the customer numerous advantages towards housework such as roofing companies, plumbing companies, electrical, and windows. She will always have your best interest in heart as she continues to serve even after she sold the house.

All the requirements that had to be met meant she and her wonderful assistant Marcy did a lot of the footwork for us, helping us through every stage of the process, guiding us through it all from the beginning to the end, and then even providing important information to help us after the closing. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, detail oriented are just a few words I use to describe Sarah! Previously she helped me purchase my first home and naturally I felt she would be the BEST to help me sell my house 7 years later. She knows her stuff and provided me with a complete competitive analysis of the area. I was pleased to see that the price point she recommended was strategic, not overly inflated, yet still very competitive. Sarah literally took care of everything and helped me find people to make minor repairs to being at the property to make sure the city turned the water on. She and her office were also PROs when it came to working around my schedule. I was out of town when the listing went up on Friday, and she kept me posted through the weekend. By the following Tuesday we had 7 offers ALL above asking price! I highly recommend Sarah and her team!
