    In the past 18 years, we have purchased and sold 10 properties in East Texas, the last three with the assistance of Sarah Bell at Texas Real Estate Executives in Gilmer. I cannot emphasize the importance of having a professional realtor such as Sarah performing the complex negotiations to have a successful outcome for all parties involved. Sarah did an enormous amount of work prior to our listing three weeks ago and the results were outstanding. Within one hour of the listing being published, we had our first showing from another realtor; that’s correct, less than one hour. We had a contract over asking price on day six and closed two weeks later. Our property was in the $500k-$1M range. Sarah has a real passion and enthusiasm for her work and it shows.     Sarah is wonderful to work with!! She went above and beyond for us. We were out of state buyers. Sarah toured homes for us and made videos of each home. We were able to pick the ones we wanted to see in person.We flew out for a weekend and Sarah showed us about almost twenty houses. She was very patient with our questions.We were able to close on our new home in about 30 days. Sarah was there every step of the way.
