I first knew I wanted to work with Sara when she actually answered the phone! Adequate communication is a must in a real estate transaction and Sara absolutely communicates well beyond adequate. I found her to be genuinely caring about our needs and not pushy at all! She showed true professionalism when negotiating the purchase of our home. Not only did we get a solid price reduction but we were able to close in 3 weeks! This is only possible when you have someone like Sara who does her job and truly cares! I will absolutely be using Sara again in the future as our real estate needs expand into investing.

Our first home purchase experience was great and it is fair to say that Sara played a very important role throughout the process. Sara paid close attention to all the details, desires, and concerns that were important to us. She was on top of every single detail, assertive, and very responsive. She genuinely cared about our first home buying experience and built strong trust with us that made everything much easier.We were purchasing a new build and as new builds usually go, it was delayed and we were under contract for almost an entire year before closing. In that time Sara followed up with the builder for updates almost every single week and even got us two price reductions as the market shifted. Not only that but when we wanted to get an additional inspection or paint the interior before moving in, Sara had recommendations for people who did an excellent job for a great price. She has even followed up with us multiple times after closing to make sure the builder fixed things they promised to fix and helped us navigate filing a homestead exemption and protesting our property tax appraisal.We feel so lucky to have found Sara and recommend her to any of our friends and family needing a realtor. If we ever want to sell/buy again we will definitely be sticking with Sara.

My wife and I recently bought our first home and we could not have done it without Sara. We bought the home site-unseen and we love it! Sara was instrumental in making our decision much less stressful and helping us feel confident in the home we were purchasing. She made repeated trips to the home and area, sent us recorded videos, FaceTimed us on-site several times, gave us consistent updates, and was readily available to answer any and all questions we had. She even negotiated a purchase price below asking price!Sara was incredibly responsive and often anticipated our questions and provided us with answers before we even asked. She stayed on top of all developments throughout our home buying process and provided us with timely updates and information on all the homes we were interested in. She went above and beyond to find out what was important to us and then search for homes in areas that fit our criteria.In addition, Sara is honest, trustworthy, and personable. She has felt like part of our family since we met her and we had complete confidence that she always had our best interests in mind. One month has already gone by since closing on our home and she is still helping us with questions that we have. Sara was amazing to work with and we would 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Austin area!

Hi have bought and sold 10 homes in my life and I have never come across an agent as attentive as Sarah or as professional seriously I felt like my sister was working on my behalf. Both myself and my husband never waited more than a minute to get a callback from her, she is over and above the consummate professional. Not only did she sell my home for way more than we thought, $$$$🙏🏻😁 which was so exciting and beyond belief but helped us transition into our new home with ease and comfort , as I said like a family member . if you’re buying or selling any form of real estate you would be remiss to not hire Sarah . I honestly cannot say enough great things about her if I could give her 100 stars I would. Just give her the interview and you’ll see it will be the best called you’ll ever make
