Used him to inspect my first home that I was buying. He took his time and was very thorough. He also walked me through the house and showed me what was wrong or what was just cosmetic. He then explained the report to me which I got the same day. Told me to call him if I had anymore questions. Price was great as well. Made my first buying of a house an easy experience regarding inspection part. Thank you Matt!!! If you need your home or commercial business inspected use this guy.
