I honestly can’t say enough about Sam as a real estate agent! I found her through mutual friends who also had a great experience with her helping them find their dream home. I was going through some big life changes and really needed someone to step in and just take the reins on finding me a home. Within just a couple of weeks she found the perfect place for me that checked all of my boxes. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in the process where I felt like I could just sit back and let her handle it (which can be hard for me!). 10/10 would recommend!!

My husband and I were first time home buyers so we had no idea how the whole process worked. We got Samantha’s name from a friend. From our first weekend touring houses to closing day, she was absolutely on top of everything, so helpful and informative and friendly and always available even when she had an out of town emergency. She was always available to take our calls and texts. She set us up with a great lender agent who also helped us through the whole complicated process, and even had an inspector on hand who did a great job. What could have been a stressful confusing experience went super smoothly, and even in Austin’s crazy market we were able to find a wonderful house within our budget that we’re in love with. We definitely recommend Samantha!

We we’re relocating to Austin from out of state and wanted to build our dream home. Sam helped us navigate the complex Austin market and was very persistent. Her perseverance paid off and we were able to get pulled forward on the list to start our build process. She stopped at the new home builder office multiple times per week to keep checking if we could start the process. Once we broke ground Sam started stopping by the home site to take pictures and keep us up to date on the build process. Sam is a rockstar and I highly recommend her to anyone moving in or around the Austin area.
