Where do I begin. Samantha went above and beyond as our realtor. Our first home buying experience was amazing and that was all due to her. She helped us with all the paperwork and was available at a moments notice to help. The thing that stood out to me most about Samantha was after the home buying experience had concluded. We had some pretty big issues with our lenders after closing. During this time we reached out to her to get her advice on the matter and she didn’t have to respond, but she did and she was right there with us fighting for what was right and owed to us. She is an awesome person, a great realtor and a great light to be around. She is who I will recommend for all of the central Texas area home buyers!

I have worked with countless amount of realtors and I have to say Samantha is hands down the best one. Not only will she get you the house you want but she’ll treat as a true friend and go above and beyond for you. She was honest with us, and kept all work professional. As soon as we noticed a home we had interest in she would get us a showing the same day. She didn’t let us lose hope when we couldn’t find our dream home and we thank her for that because now we’re in it. So I have to say if you’re looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond to get you what you want as well as treat you like a friend/ professional client then reach out to Samantha and you won’t regret it. We will be coming back to her when it comes time to buy another property or sell. Thank you Samantha, you’re an amazing person and we appreciate all of your hard work and countless hours!

Samantha helped us sell our house in Killeen, TX at the price we wanted and very fast. She kept us informed and showed us different approaches and all our options to achieve our goals with the house. She really made this experience less stressful! Great service, will definitely recommend if moving in/out Fort Cavazos and Killeen area!

Samantha was absolutely fantastic! My family couldnt have asked for a better realtor and listing agent! She made the process of selling our home stress-free and as easy as could be! This will be one of those long reviews! Samantha is the BEST realtor hands down that we have worked with! When I first reached out to Samantha June 2020 via IG she did not hesitate like every other realtor; being that we didn’t have official PCS orders. Throughout the entire process I felt educated and I knew what we were up against thanks to Samantha. She coached us the entire way step by step and she also sent us a handbook on the process as well which I think is freak amazing! Fast forward to November 23rd we finally received official orders with a report date less than 30 days out! From June 2020-November 2020 Samantha stayed in touch with us and she also shared great advice when we felt discouraged about not having enough time to find a home that we absolutely loved. That indeed changed from the moment we notified her about our orders. Samantha literally jumped up put together an amazing list of homes to view that same day! After virtually viewing 4 homes we chose the last home we views that popped up on the radar randomly! Samantha had submitted our offer that same day as well and on Thanksgiving they accepted our offer and agreed to pay ALL closing cost and even purchased a fridge and washer and dryer for us! Not to mention a 2.75 interest rate! All glory be to God because what?! We burst into tears because we had been waiting so long for orders and to buy a beautiful home. My husband and I are breaking generational curses!I also cannot forget Laura Mitchell who was the lender we chose to go through (also recommended by Samantha.) Laura worked VERY fast and thorough. We were able to close on our home a few days before my husbands report date. These women are a force TOGETHER! Everyone we worked with throughout the entire process was nothing short of amazing.Samantha, you have truly set the bar extremely high! God willing the next home we purchase will be in Texas LOL. If you are looking for a sign and don’t know which realtor to pick, this is it! 100% 10 out of 10 would recommend Samantha to anyone. To add, I’m also very picky and I’m so glad we chose you!

Samantha was the best realtor we ever could have imagined having! I had inquired with two other realtors before finding her only to be shut down and told I was looking to buy too early. I found her when I began searching for other realtors and after reviewing the information on one of her websites, I called. She answered right away. She listened to me and gave me a chance to explain what I was looking for and the reasons behind it. She gave me so much information and got me set up with a custom home search and all the paperwork to get started within 24 hours. She did all of our walk-throughs for us (because we purchased from halfway around the world) and sent us detailed videos. She wasnt afraid to answer questions or address any concerns we had in certain situations and I believe she did so with 100% honesty. We were able to complete our home purchase without a single hiccup and despite our large time zone differences, I was always able to reach her within minutes. I could not recommend more!!

Samantha was such a great advocate for us. We are a military family and needed a house before leaving the state we were in during covid. She took the time to go to houses and send us videos of a walk through. She pointed out things so we could make the best decision and she even suggested we not offer more money right off the bat- which would have gotten her more money. But she cared about us and our family, without even knowing us. She stayed on top of things for us and kept in contact so we didnt have to worry. She was trustworthy, dependable, hard working, and honest. The honesty part was the most important for me when choosing a realtor- been burned in the past. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor they can trust. She will be your biggest asset in the process.

First off, I wish there was a way to give a round of applause. My wife and I being first-time home buyers, there was a ton of stress. Even more so doing 90% of the process from a couple thousand miles away was no easy task. But despite the fact, Samantha was able to basically give us a blueprint of how the process should be and answer any and all crazy questions we had along the way. All in all, the entire process went pretty smooth and in my opinion, 5 stars are not high enough of a rating to give. It needs to be turned up to 11!
