I will start by saying if you are in the hunt for a house Sam is your go to guy 100% 5 stars is definitely not enough when it comes to the dedication this man has for his work. Before finding Sam things were not going so hot I was finding myself very discouraged and on the brink of giving up. After a quick Google search however i found Sam and I read through all the reviews and decided why not, and thank goodness I did. I gave Sam a call on a Monday moring in late October early November I explained my situtaion. Sam was very eager to welcome me and assured me he would have me in a house by the Holidays of course i was skeptical but went with it.From the very beginning Sam and his team where very helpfull and was there at every step of the way answering any questions I might have had and went beyond what I would have imagined. The process was so easy it kinda seemed surreal the actual house hunting was the most difficult part to be honest finding of course what I wanted was no easy task. In the end Sam was true to his word and by Novermber 21st I was closing on my very first HOME!!!Take my word and Sams he is your go to guy for gettting you a house.Thank you so much Sam for everything you have done....

We found Sam Garretson when we started looking for a new home. A week or so into the process our oldest daughter was involved in a head on collision. Sam has called to check on us to see if we had found anything we wanted to look at. I explained what had happened & he said to call him when we were ready. About 6 weeks later, we were ready to get serious about finding our “forever home.” Sam was amazing! He would meet us to look at houses, until we finally found the perfect home! Sam walked us through every step of selling my existing home & our new home. Sam was always a couple of steps ahead of us! We truly believe that he has our best interest at heart. Our entire transition from putting our home on the market, to finding our forever home & being with us during our closing! Sam is knowledgeable, kind, caring & patient. We had troubles with a couple of different homeowners not wanting to negotiate and having horrible expectations for appraisals. The homeowners just thought their homes were worth more than they were. Sam took us to probably 50 different houses and didn’t complain once. He fought for 2 and a half months to find us the home we wanted. Sam is literally the best!! Being new in town was hard looking for an agent and his reviews were the reason I contacted him and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us purchase our first home.
