Erica was very responsive and understanding in our wants and needs during our search for a new home. We lived in Tyler, TX and were looking for a rental home closer to the Dallas area. Erica is knowledgeable in the market and gave us feedback at each place we viewed. She was always available when we had questions and worked quickly to secure viewings! She has incredible work ethic, is very welcoming, and makes sure that her clients are satisfied and happy. With one week to go, Erica had us viewing a home matching the priorities we were asking for! With our impossible 12 hour work days and full time school schedule, she went the distance in getting a viewing set up. After weeks of dead end applications, and smart home viewing with realty companies denying our more than qualified applications, she hit an outfielder and brought us home.

Erica is an amazing Real Estate Agent!! She is super responsive, attentive, and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied! I was relocating from out of state and she took the time to FaceTime so I could see the properties from 14 hours away! If you want a realtor that will seal the deal, she’s your lady!!
