Ryans professionalism, knowledge of Kerrville and patience made what could have been a frustrating home buying experience a positive one. The purchase of our new house was contingent on the sale of our old house. Unfortunately, the sale took a long time and, we had a buyer back out. During this time, Ryan showed our family numerous homes and, wrote offers on two homes we didnt end up getting. His patience and guidance helped us through the process and kept us sane. When we found out new home, Ryan was able to get an offer submitted within hours, beating other offers. Beyond being a great realtor, he is a genuinely nice guy and family man who obviously cares about his clients and community. You really cant go wrong using him as your realtor.

Like many here, we found Ryan on YouTube. His videos on the Texas Hill Country were very informative and helped us decide that Fredericksburg was the place we want to move. We found our lot in Homested 24 rather quickly. We have never purchased land and built a house so Ryans help with the process was very appreciated. Ryan shared names of top builders in the area and in less than a week we were able to meet with three and ultimately selected one to build our home. Ryan guided us through the contract and due diligence process to ensue we got a good deal and the property is suitable to build. He also guided us through the closing process. In short, Ryan made a difficult and stressful process understandable and almost fun! We appreciate his attentiveness and the respect he showed us and others we worked with. We would definitely choose Ryan again and hope to see him once we move.

My husband and I found Ryan through his YouTube channel a couple of years ago. We were researching Hill Country from 1,700 miles away, so we found his postings very informative. If you have not watched his resourceful videos yet, I encourage you to check out his YouTube channel.Ryan is a great wealth of information regarding real estate in the Hill Country, answering all of our questions (even the silly ones) promptly. He was able to give us a great sense of the area since he lives and grew-up in the community, which was super important to us. Since we lived halfway across the country - Wed let him know the houses we were really interested in then hed take photos, do a detailed video walk through, and talk with the sellers agents. He helped us weigh the pros and cons of both new builds and pre-owned houses. He was very timely and extremely responsive, which really made the process quite smooth. He was able to easily navigate us through the process by keeping in close touch with our agent in our state regarding the sale of the house, loan officer, the builder of the new house, and the builders agent, etc. My husband and I are just so grateful that we had Ryan representing us through this time. Hes such a great guy on a personal level too. We are so happy in our new home in Fredericksburg and truly feel blessed that our paths have crossed. Thanks again Ryan, youre the best!Pat & Denise

After working with one realtor when we first put our house on the market and not seeing a lot of interest and activity with the house we started working with Ryan. Right away we saw a large increase of interest in the house!
