These are really unsure times for so many in the world due to Covid-19. Purchasing a home is very exciting but also can leave you feeling flustered or a bit over your head.Ruth made this very easy for us which actually made the experience lean towards exciting as where flustered or unsure were pushed on the back burner which allowed us to actually enjoy this experience.We didnt choose Ruth.. I would more or less say it was God that placed Ruth in my families life and man... was it a blessing!Buying a home was a completely new experience to my wife and I so having Ruth there to step us through each process was so very helpful. If we didnt know what something meant or exactly what we needed to proceed further, Ruth would explain each and every step in detail which is very comforting while dealing with so many numbers and being a first time home buyer.We are originally from Southeast Tx and have never lived in the panhandle of Texas nor had we really known anything about Lubbock Tx besides what we could find online. We chose to move out towards Lubbock due to air quality and the School districts for our children.Ruth showed us beautiful homes exactly where we were looking and right on point in our price range. If we had questions about the area she would thoroughly explain options for schools and amazing places to visit, down to even weather patterns!When it came time to come and sign for the house and complete the sale she made us feel so welcome! Ruth personalized a Welcome sign that is about 6ft tall! She had local cookies waiting in our home and a hand written welcome card. She even offered to buy us pizza on our first night moved into our new home as to take the stress off of cooking dinner for the family.Needless to say, she is very very sweet and amazing at just being herself.We wont ever forget her.

She is not pushy and will work with you to find exactly what you’re looking for or what you’re looking to sell. You will not go wrong choosing Ruth for all of your realty needs. She was able to help get us into our dream home quick; we were in a bind getting out of a rental and needing to close by a certain date! As first time home buyers, we had tons of questions and she graciously answered everything and helped ensure we felt comfortable with every step.
