I was hired by Thomas to photograph one of the homes he would be selling on behalf of one of his clients. Having never personally worked with Thomas before, I did not know how to gage his work ethic. To my surprise and delight, Thomas was not only present for the photo assignment, but extremely engaged to ensure no detail was overlooked. His rapport with his client was professional and lively. His interaction with me was beyond pleasant. I could tell Thomas was a go-getter and not afraid to get his hands dirty. I was relieved to know his client was in good hands. And from the looks of it, his client very much appreciated their agent’s hands-on approach to ensuring the best in high quality photos. Thomas’ attitude and desire to make the most of my time was a breath of fresh air. Great human being. Great agent. Great marketeer. -

Thomass representation on both properties were priceless. There were many significant can do responses by Thomas that I can point out that I have never experienced with any other realtor. Thomas was always positive and encouraging despite how gloomy the subject presented itself. The sale was not a standard residential or commercial property and presented many challenges in the process. Thomas provides a hands on full charge representation. He moved things, washed a limo for pictures, he made sure all was prepared for listing, provided the most talented photographer , was always available on demand. Thomass character is above reproach and he is not in it for the money, he is sincere, honest and is there to serve his clients.On another side of this whole experience was finding a home in this current fast paced real estate market. With a sale offer with a 30 day closing date at this time is a near death experience. I did not realize Thomas was a magician too, but with his can do attitude he found the perfect home for my parents! Oh wait, the day we submitted our offer, the homeowner backed out, it took a few hours and Thomas found the same home around the corner that proved to be God sent. With God on both sides all worked for good despite the bumps in the road. -

Our family highly recommends Thomas Folden for all real estate needs! We started our home search from Hawaii, and Thomas was so accommodating. He was considerate of the time difference, and worked around our schedule for phone calls and paperwork. Since we were not available to view properties in person he walked us through the homes we were interested in via video chat. Even through spotty service and technical difficulties which I am sure was frustrating he never made us feel like it was a problem. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, detail oriented, and efficient. Thomas was by our side throughout the entire process, and was always available anytime we needed him. He is a trustworthy and dependable professional. He is a problem solver and can find a solution to any issue. Thomas is more than just an agent. He quickly became a friend who feels like family. -

I reached out to Thomas for help finding a commercial office space to lease. I had no idea how to start this search myself or if there was even anything available in my price range. Thomas sat down with me and listened to what I needed, wanted, and felt I could afford. He confirmed that he had understood the area I wanted to be in, the size space I desired, and my budget and then got to work looking for potential spaces. He found an incredible office in an ideal location at an unbelievable price. Thomas then helped me through all the lease negotiations and made sure I understood the contract. He even went to the office, after all the paperwork was done, to make sure that the renovations were being done and the office would be finished and ready for me to move in on the agreed upon date. When Thomas says he is a full-service realtor, he means it. I felt so supported through this entire process. Thomas helped make my dream come true, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. -
